This is why a recount is not a chain of custody audit. In Michigan, they want to narrow the recount so that if you use fraud in the petition, they MUST reject the petition.

Georgia – Making It Easy For Homeless To Vote
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/05/07/georgia-gov-brian-kemp-signs-election-rules-bill-law/
Under SB 189, a process would be created to help each county remove certain voters from its voter registration database.
The law also establishes new rules regarding how homeless people can register to vote, explaining that homeless people without a permanent address must use the “registrar’s office” in their county as their mailing address for “election purposes.”
In 2019 CNN Reported that Georgia HAD NO SUCH PROBLEM. There is a problem here in that voters were made inactive right after the 2020 election, that removed evidence that could be used in a forensic audit.
https://www.cnn.com/2019/12/17/politics/georgia-voting-rolls/index.html
The Georgia Secretary of State this week removed hundreds of thousands of registered voters it classified as “inactive” from its voting rolls, amid a legal challenge from a voting rights group to block the purge of a portion of the names.
The removal comes as part of a new state provision signed into law earlier this year. Under the provision, the state must remove registration records from the voter rolls that have been deemed “inactive” for more than three years. A voter is categorized as “inactive” if they don’t vote in two general elections and have had no contact with board of elections in that time, according to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office.

A Second Honest Election Worker
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A top Milwaukee elections official has been fired after sending falsely obtained military absentee ballots to the home of a Republican state lawmaker who has been an outspoken critic of how the 2020 election was administered, the city’s mayor said Thursday.
Kimberly Zapata, deputy director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, requested military ballots for fictitious voters from clerks in nearby municipalities using the state’s MyVote Wisconsin website, Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson said just days before the midterm election.

Gretchen Whitmer PAC donated to Trump Judge
Loren Merchan, the daughter of Judge Juan Merchan who is overseeing Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s falsified business records trial against Trump, has reportedly received over $500,000 from Soros-linked Democrat groups in the 2024 election season.
Loren Merchan is the president of Authentic Campaigns, which has been contracted by the Arizona Democratic Party and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s “Fight Like Hell” PAC as a vendor, as reported by investigative journalist Laura Loomer. Authentic Campaigns touts itself as “an award-winning agency that campaigns and non-profits trust to help them change the world.”
Authentic Campaigns has been paid $412,000 by Whitmer’s PAC and around $160,000 by the Arizona Democratic Party. The agency has worked for abortion advocacy, Democrat politicians, the Immigrant Justice Fund, Joe Biden, and the UN Populations Fund, among others.
The most recent payment from Whitmer’s Pac was on March 26, while the most recent payment from the Arizona Democratic Party was on March 15. Arizona and Michigan are two key states that could decide the outcome of the 2024 election.

DoJ Cannot Explain Why Box Contents Do Not Match Index
Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team admitted on Friday that key evidence in Trump’s classified documents case was altered or manipulated – leaving two different chronologies; one that was digitally scanned vs. what’s in the actual boxes.
Smith also misled the court, after originally telling U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon that the boxes remained “in their original, intact form as seized,” when in a footnote they conceded that they removed classified documents and left placeholder sheets, which prosecutors acknowledged has created an “inconsistent” record – in which some of the documents are no longer in the same order as they appear in digital scans made in the fall of 2022.

“Ever since the horrific terrorist attacks on the State of Israel on October 7th, 2023, we have seen a shocking spike in antisemitic acts of hatred around the world, including some isolated incidents right here in South Dakota,” said Governor Noem. “I am very proud to sign this historic bill to keep our Jewish people secure. I hope more states will follow our leadership.”
This bill defines antisemitism and makes it easier to prove when discriminatory conduct is motivated by antisemitism. This important and impactful legislation will ensure the safety of Jewish people and strengthen South Dakota’s anti-discrimination laws.
